Four sessions are recommended to get you started and to get the best out of EM Sculpting, but there is no maximum, you can have as many sessions as you wish. After your initial four starter sessions you can buy maintenance sessions. You can purchase a bundle of 12 maintenance sessions for £400, saving you £200 which keeps you committed.
