Injectable Procedures

Muscle Relaxant Injections BTX

Also known as wrinkle reducing injections’ or Botox (BTX). Mostly, these are used for treatments on the upper half of the face; forehead lines, frown lines and crows feet. A smaller number of patients benefit from these treatments to help down turned mouth corners, ‘turkey neck’ and lines around the mouth. These treatments relax the muscles which lie just below certain areas of skin. When these muscles are used frequently, the overlying skin becomes creased. By temporary and reversible relaxation of these muscles, the lines soften and in many cases disappear leading to a fresh youthful look. Treatments last in the region of three to six months.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are small injections of gel typically made up of hyaluronic acid, which is a naturally occurring sugar found in skin tissue, that fill in wrinkles and add volume to soft tissue. They fill lines and wrinkles and add volume to areas such as your lips or cheeks. Dermal fillers do not need prescribing and the procedure itself can be carried out by anyone however you are safest if it is carried out by a medically trained professional. Fillers can last up to 12 months before your next appointment.

Hyaluronic Fillers

Injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) is a type of temporary dermal filler. Hyaluronic acid is found naturally through out the body, with the highest concentrations in the joints, eyes, and skin. In the skin hyaluronic acid attracts water, which allows the skin to become more hydrated. As we age, the fat, muscles, bone, and skin in our face begins to thin. This loss of volume leads to either a sunken or sagging appearance of the face, fine lines, wrinkles, folds, and thin lips. Injectable HA is used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, facial folds, and to create structure, framework, and volume to the face and lips. The effects of injectable hyaluronic acid are seen immediately and improves further over 6 weeks. Two Sessions are recommended to achieve the best results and lasts up to 12 months.

Lumi eyes

Lumi Eyes by Dermaren is  a high quality PDRN treatment which offers deep hydration and rejuvenation to the eye area by effectively reducing signs of fatigue such as dark circles, restoring lost volume, and smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. This tear-trough treatment works to repair and regenerate damaged tissue around the delicate eye area, as well as stimulating the skin’s own production of collagen and elastin. Following treatment, the eye area is firmer, sagging and wrinkles are improved, dark shadows are reduced, and the eye area is lightened, brightened, hydrated, fresh, and revitalised.

Glass Facial BTX

A glass facial is a skin booster of injections that consist of micro-injections made of HA with microdose toxin BTX. The glass facial is known to leave a powerful hydrating, smoothing, glowing and plumping effect whilst also reducing pore size and assisting with a mild tightening effect. You can obtain what’s called the “glass skin” effect, whereby pores are dramatically diminished. This treatment is ideal for clients seeking a smoother, more youthful appearance, perfect to get done before a big event such as a wedding or just for everyday appearances. Microchanneling treats the superficial layers of the skin to provide a modest but noticeable improvement in skin texture, reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, pore size and increased collagen production.
