Our Relaxation Massage uses different kinds of physical contact to relax, revive and heal the body. It is used to treat a wide range of emotional and physical health problems and is one of the most popular treatments on our menu. Massage makes you feel good in lots of ways, and can have a positive effect on your whole body - your bones, your muscles, your heart, your skin, your breathing, digestion, and your mental health. We use different Swedish Massage techniques in all of our relaxation massages.


It relaxes and refreshes tired or knotted muscles.
It increases blood circulation.
It stimulates deep circulation, both of blood and lymph which helps your body to heal, and generally work more efficiently.
It encourages your body to produce endorphins - the natural chemicals in your body that make you feel happy.


Our relaxation back massage is low to medium strength and focuses around relaxing tight muscles. With Full Body massages we decide in consultation what your preferred treatment areas are and tailor make the massage to your individual needs. You can just drift away while listening to relaxing music. You will come away feeling less stressed and uber relaxed. We also incorporate relaxing essential oils to enhance your relaxation.

Sports or Deep Tissue Massage is manual manipulation of the muscles geared specifically toward helping people who have physically demanding lifestyles and/or hobbies. This kind of therapeutic massage considers the impact of certain activities on specific joints, muscle groups, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue groups.

Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

The sports massage technique mainly focuses on the areas most vulnerable to injury or stress as well as older and larger areas of built-up tension. For example, runners may need more work on their legs, while baseball pitchers may benefit from a shoulder and arm focus.

It is useful for anyone who exercises to increase flexibility, prevent injuries and help with healing after a sports injury. The aim of sports massage is to reduce the stress and tension that can build up in the soft tissues of the body during exercise.


Our Sports/Deep Tissue Massage is a high strength massage and benefits men or people with strong muscles and a big frame. It isn't for the faint hearted.

Wet or Dry Cupping (Hijama)

What does Wet Cupping (Hijama) & Dry Cupping therapy do?


Stagnation of  blood can causes pain and disease within the body. Wet Cupping Hijama or Dry Cupping invigorates local circulation of blood in the area being treated, resolving swelling, pain, and tension. By drawing impurities to the surface, it removes toxins. Wet Cupping Hijama or Dry Cupping also loosens connective tissue or fascia and increases blood flow to the surface. Cupping also stimulates tissue relaxation and better cell-to-cell communication. It is also proven to relax tissue and reduce markers of inflammation. Inflammatory cytokines (chemical messengers) are reduced, and cytokines that promote healing and relaxation is increased.
